Nature takes back what belongs to her. It doesn’t take as long as you might imagine. I amped up the saturation slightly on this one, but it really is this pink. See the sandstone in the background that brought the color to the asphalt?

I tried doing the Route 66 and often ended up on a former road like this! I was born in Arizona and these colors are making me feel homesick.
